Note: The term ‘players’ refers to participants at Liverpool FC International Academy UAE.

Payment Structure:

• • Liverpool FC International Academy UAE programme operates on a payment schedule of three terms per season.
  • All fees must be paid in full at the beginning of each term for players to participate in training sessions.

Payment Process:

• • Payments can be made online through the Academy’s designated payment portal, via POS at the venues, or by bank transfer.

Registration and Payment Deadline:

• • Players must complete registration and submit payment by the specified deadline communicated by the Academy.
  • Players who have not fully registered or whose fees have not been paid for the term will not be allowed to participate in Academy sessions.
  • Academy staff are responsible for ensuring that all players attending sessions are fully registered and have paid their fees for the current term.
  • Any issues regarding payment and registration should be reported to the Academy administration immediately.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• • If written notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to the start of the programme, 20% of the payment fee will be retained as compensation for registration expenses.
  • If written notice is received 14 days prior to the start of the programme, 50% of the payment fee will be retained.
  • If written notice is received less than 14 days prior to the start of the programme, no refunds will be issued.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or absences due to travel.

Communication of Policy:

• • This policy is communicated to all players, parents/guardians, and staff members involved with the Academy.
  • The policy is available on the Academy’s website and is provided to participants upon registration.

Enforcement:

• • Failure to adhere to this policy will result in immediate suspension from training sessions.
  • The Academy reserves the right to take appropriate action against any individual found to be in violation of this policy.

Amendments:

• • This policy may be subject to periodic review and amendment by the Academy management as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to all relevant parties in a timely manner.
